The Protein-packed Pancakes:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Here’s how easily you can make it:
- Blend the ingredients together until they smooth out
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat (make sure it’s a non-stick one because you don’t want to ruin that recipe, trus me.)
- Pour the batter to form pancakes
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip it and cook until it’s golden brown
- Serve it with a fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup (We love us a delicious, healthy dish)
