Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date the shipment is confirmed.

You will receive a tracking number that allows you to easily track the status of your order through the website. You may also receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp containing the shipment details.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used.

For online orders:
A courier will be arranged to collect the shipment. Once the item has been received and inspected by the shipping company to ensure it is in good condition, you will be contacted to complete the return or exchange process as soon as possible.

Refunds

The order amount will be refunded, after deducting shipping fees, within a maximum of 5 to 7 business days.

الشحن والتوصيل

يتم توصيل الطلب خلال 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل من تأكيد الشحنة.

سيصلك رقم تتبع يمكنك من خلاله متابعة حالة طلبك بسهولة عبر الموقع، كما قد تصلك رسالة تأكيد عبر SMS أو واتساب تحتوي على تفاصيل الشحنة.

الإرجاع والاستبدال

يمكنك طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية ولم يتم استخدامه.

بالنسبة لطلبات الأونلاين:
سيتم إرسال مندوب لاستلام الشحنة، وبعد استلامها وفحصها من قبل شركة الشحن والتأكد من سلامتها، سيتم التواصل معك لاستكمال إجراءات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال في أقرب وقت ممكن.

استرداد المبلغ

يتم رد قيمة الطلب (بعد خصم مصاريف الشحن) خلال مدة تتراوح من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل كحد أقصى.
