Protein Balls

You must be finding that health journey a bit mundane with the amount of basic protein meals. We thought; why not dodge those basic meals and spice up our protein intake, making it a treat.

The Energy-boost Protein Balls; we think of it as nutritious goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 scoop protein powder (flavor of choice)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)

Here’s how easily you can make it:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until they are well combined
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls (Size them up however you want)
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving (It’s too delicious to wait any longer)
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge; so you can have them whenever you feel like it (but don’t
    crash your routine)
